22/11, Today, I accomplished practice of ice hockey because I have ice hockey practice on every Thu at 6:30, the training process of practice are skating, puck handing and game strategy, but today's practice didn't have goalie in the game. After the practice I back home. We can practice more in order to improve our hockey skill for competition in the future because our level is not enough get a good performance, we should also expand some training for example puck handing and skating during the practice or expand the time of practice.

23/11, Today, I teach some kids to skating on the ice because I have a ice skating class after school, every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday I also have ice skating class at 6:30 and 6:00, but on Friday there is one more ice hockey lesson after ice skating lesson, how I teach some kids about ice hockey today. I think we should promote more for hockey because we have not much enough development in this sport, we can promote more in order to let ice hockey be a common sport in Macau.

24/11, Today, I rewrite the assignment that we did last class because we did it not good, so we have to do it again, I follow the structure that in the class's powerpoint to do the assignment, I have also searched on the internet to find some information to do it. I think I should read the powerpoint well before I do the assignment and explain more about the assignment, on the other hand, I need to search more information on the internet.

25/11, Today I went to Shenzhen because there is a ice hockey competition, so we went to Shenzhen, first game we against Hong Kong, we won 3:2 at the end of the game, second game is we against Shenzhen, we lose 5:3 at the end of the game, and then we came back to Macau. I think we should practice more because our skill is not enough to win the games.

26/11, Today's evening I did many homework at home because we have many homework in every module, we have two proposals in Marketing management and Economic system, this two proposals we have to do in a group, marketing management's proposal we need to write at least 2000 words to describe what is our product, what's our marketing strategy, marketing promotion, price of the product, we also need to identify where the position is, etc...and we need to write 3500 words in Economic system's proposal to explain the economic system that we choose in the previous class, but we still not yet finish the proposal.

27/11, Today we keep doing our Economic system's proposal, we decided the separate each part of the proposal to each of group member, I choose part II which is describe the history of economic system in Turkey, natural resources and technology in Turkey, but I have to do a lot of research in order to do the proposal. On the other hand, I have to start to study International Business Law's notice because we will have a mid-term on next Wes. I think I should start study early because we have a lot of work to do on next week, also we can get a good mark if we study early.

28/11, Today I also have a ice skating class at 6:30, but before the class I still doing the economic system's proposal, I almost finish my part of the proposal buy I need to correct some wrong point on the proposal. After the ice skating class I came back to home. I think I should have more patience to teach the kids in order to let their skating to be better, it can also attract them to stay in this sport.

29/11, Today's leadership's class, we did a business model canvas in the class, the business model canvas is about starbucks, I think we should search information in the internet because we didn't know not enough about the business model canvas, finally, we did our business model canvas.

Why there is global warming in the world?

Nowadays, the world is developed very fast because of economic growth and the development of technology around the world, also there are many factories to make product in order to make profit, but those factories will emission a lot of harmful gas to make air pollution, also have water pollution and light pollution, etc… those factories will emission a lot of carbon dioxide, it will accumulated inside the earth, after a long time, those carbon dioxide cannot emission to outside of the earth, thus make higher temperature around the world.

what are the causes of global warming: 

As I mentioned before there are many factories in the world to produce product in order to make profit, but those factories will emission a lot of carbon dioxide to the earth, on the other hand, the development of the world is very fast thus makes a lot of people buying car, especially in Macau and Hong Kong, many people buy car in Macau, cars also will emission a lot of carbon dioxide, this two elements will cause global warming in the world.

how can global warming be managed?

First, from individual side, people should use more transportation instead of using car, we can also use less electric equipment in order to save resource and it can reduce emission of carbon dioxide, on the other side, nowadays, many leaders of states know that global warming has becoming more serious, so there are some meeting will holed every year, for example, global conference on global warming and United Nations Climate Change Conference, etc….leaders will sign some contract during the conference in order to reduce emission of carbon dioxide and improve those problem of global warming.

I have 43 grades on leadership motivation test, This implies some uncertainty over your motivation to lead. 

I agree with that because usually I am not a leader of a group, sometimes I think lead group member to work is a difficult thing to me, also I won't provide ideas unless they ask me.

The result didn't surprise me and they are what I expected because I know I am that kind of person in a group.

This questionnaire helps me know what kind of action I need to improve when in a group activities, also let me know I have not much motivative of be a leader.

I have 45 grades on Burnout Self-Test, the result is saying that, Be careful – you may be at risk of burnout, particularly if several scores are high.

I agree with this result because sometimes I will feel burnout when we are doing some project as a group.

This result is what I expected because I choose the middle of 5 choices, so I thought the result also should be which in the middle.

This questionnaire helps me know I should improve my confident because I feel that I do not have time to do many of the things that are important to doing a good quality job, so I may need more confident to do it.

I agree with the result of questionnaire because it tells something that I really did, for example, reflective learners will simply read the material, also says reflective learners need to write more short summaries of readings to improve their skills, I am also a visual learners, it means we learn things through our eyes, I am one of those guy.

The result has a little surprise because those answers quite accurate, they are what I expected except some point, for example, global learners should Try to relate the subject to things you already know, I do this always so this is not what I expected.

This questionnaire provide some solution of each kind of person, also let me know how can I improve my skill and what points I need to focus on.

This video talk about how people feel their job, most of people think their job it's just a job, people just do enough to keep their job, but a good leader need to give more interested, more engaged and more motivated in order to let those employees to the optimal zone, however, if you give a little pressure, people will stay at the lower state, so the art of leader is to keep people in the optimal zone. 

This situation quite similar in Macau because many people work and they think work enough to keep their job, this situation would effect the performance of the company, as we known there are many companies in Macau, so leaders need to keep their employees at a optimal zone to work for the company in order to help their company, also leader can effect company to worse or better, so it is important for leader the watch.

• What would you like to achieve in your life?

I want to earn a lot of money in my life because I don't want to worry about money in my future, on the other hand, I want to go to those places that I want to go, also I want to find a stable job in the future and use some money that I save to run my business, I want to run the business is about ice hockey because I want to promote ice hockey to become common in the future.

• Why is that important for you?

I think many people want to have a stable job in the future. I want to go to those places that I want to go because sometimes we have to relax after work, and also I want to open my eyes. The reason that I want to promote ice hockey because I love ice hockey and I know this is not a common sport in Macau, even Macau doesn't have a standard ice rink, so I want to promote this sport the resident of Macau thus let government know this sport, it may help a little bit.

• Are you doing the best you can to achieve it?

Yes, our group of ice hockey are promoting ice hockey always, there are many children play ice hockey in past two year, I think we have to keep going to promote this sport in Macau.

• What is preventing you from achieving your dream?

I think lazy is one of the thing that preventing me from achieving my dream because I always lazy when I study, but if i want to find a stable job in the future, I have to become hardworking, even in promoting ice hockey.

• What can you do to progress closer to your dream?

I have to study hard to learn more knowledge in the future to find a stable and high salary job, also I think I need to improve my confidence and improve the skills of communication because I always shy when I meet some new people. Also I have to be creative in promoting sport to attract more people play this sport.

Six month ago, I have a car accident in the beginning of March in Macau friendship bridge, but luckily the car just hit to the bridge's wall and nobody was hurt in that accident. I was using mobile phone when I drove, after the phone call I want to shift into the right side of road, but there was a big car in front of my car, so I cannot see what is behind the big car, when I finish that phone call and I want to shift to right side because the big car ran slowly, when I shift to right side, suddenly there were some orange sticks in the middle of the road, I cannot shift to lift side immediately, so I hit those orange sticks and my car hit to the sliver iron of both side, finally I stopped the car and get off from car and I call my mother, my mother help me to call police to help me, I was nervous and scared after the accident happened, my mother told me don't be nervous and be relax to wait police, when the police came and help me, I feel better and not much nervous, finally, my mother and police help me to solve this problem.

Nowadays, CHOI HEONG YUEN BAKERY is not just focus on their products and the quality of products, they also focus on investment because there was a financial crisis in Euro few months ago, this financial crisis affect global economic worse then before, so they will also focus on investment, in additional, they also produce some low-sugar products, they want to make their brand more healthy.

Choi Heong Yuen Bakery's strategy is made in Macau, the selling point of Choi Heong Yuen Bakery is made in Macau, this is different from other companies.They will keep improve the taste of products in order to fit different region, also, they will provide more language of label in order to make the brand more international, finally, they will promote their own brand to let people know this brand.
